Alkaline Machine Warewash Detergent
Ultra Dish is an alkaline warewash detergent designed to be used in commercial dishwashing machines. It is designed to remove tough grease, starch and protein food soils. Effective water-conditioning and soil-suspending agents promote efficient cleaning and provide excellent results.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Titrate to 5-7 drops (~1/8 oz per gallon). When used as directed, Ultra Dish is safe for use on china, glassware, stainless steel, silver flatware and plastic ware. Because of its highly concentrated formula, product should not be used for manual bar glass washing applications.
Ultra Dish is not recommended for use on aluminum and other soft metals.
